You purchase this Monogram in accordance with the Agreement on Terms and Conditions of Sale and Design Services (Store Policy). Once you have purchased the Monogram, you and we become parties to this Agreement: you as the Client, we as the Designer.
The Designer grants the Client a single-entity perpetual license for the Monogram.
The Client’s use of this Product
Permitted use:
Personal use such as for celebration, special event, wedding, home décor, etc.
- Unlimited use in personal projects, events and occasions
- The Client may modify the Monogram to suit the Client’s requirements
Business use such as for small business owners.
- The Client may use the Monogram as the Client’s business logo. However, NOTE that this Monogram is sold more than once and, therefore, may be used by more than one person or company.
- This Monogram cannot be trademarked as it is not one of a kind and is sold more than once.
Use by service providers and event organizers such as wedding planners, invitation designers and other service vendors.
- Unlimited use for one customer of a service provider or event organizer. The Client must purchase this Monogram again for another customer.
- The Client may modify the Monogram to suit the customer’s requirements.
- The Client must purchase the Monogram even if the Client plans to create a hand-painted rendition of it on any object.
Prohibited use and restrictions
The Client must not: *
- trademark the Monogram
- use the Monogram as part of a product intended for sale or distribution
- resell, sub-license, rent or commercially distribute the Monogram
- make the Monogram available for use by third parties if the Monogram was purchased for the Client’s own use; make the Monogram available for use by more than one customer if the Monogram was purchased by the Client once as a service provider or event organizer
- use the Monogram without purchasing it

You must always purchase this Product before using the Monogram, its design in whole or in part, whether digitally or on physical items, including hand-painted renditions of the Monogram used for invitation design, painted champagne bottles, glasses or any similar object.
Reproduction of any Product, its design in whole or in part, in any manner without purchasing the Product, or unauthorized use is an act of copyright infringement, which may result in legal action against you.
