The words “LeVista”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in this text refer to LeVista UAB, a company incorporated under the laws of Lithuania with company registration No. 121882641 with its registered office at V. Gerulaičio g. 1-1, Vilnius, LT-08200, Lithuania.

The words “user”, “you”, “your” in this text refer to any individual or legal entity that uses the levista.art website.

THIS PRIVACY POLICY (Privacy Policy) explains the manner in which LeVista processes, collects, uses, maintains, stores and discloses information collected from a user. Privacy Policy applies to the levista.art website (the Site) and any product or service offered by us on the Site.

We process and treat all personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

LeVista processes all personal data by adhering to the following principles:

  • Collection and processing of personal data only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes;
  • We ensure that personal data that we collect is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in connection with its purpose;
  • Accuracy of data;
  • Storage of data in an appropriate form that permits identification of the data and to store it no longer than is necessary for the purpose of the data;
  • Processing of data in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the data; and
  • Confidentiality of data.

3. Information we collect and purposes of collection

We ask for and collect the following information of personal or corporate nature about you once you use the Site, for example once a user visits, registers, fills in a form, purchases a product or service on the Site, responds to a request or email from the Site, subscribes to a newsletter from the Site:

  • Your personal information or information on your company, including name, address, phone number, email address, company registration number, tax number. We collect this information to issue an invoice for our product and service and deliver the product or service to you;
  • Your payment information. We use third-party services (payment processor), so we do not collect and store credit (debit) card information. We only receive and store information about the payment status and last four credit (debit) card digits. We also may require you to provide certain financial information to facilitate the processing of payment;
  • Information on your communication with us by email. We collect information about your communication with us and any information that you choose to provide or disclose;
  • Information that you provide us on a form of the Site. We collect this information to provide you with our product or service; and
  • Information about your visits to the Site. We may collect this information, including personal information, about your interaction with the Site and your interests on this Site. This information enables us to comply with legal obligations, and given our legitimate interest in being able to provide our products and services, to improve them or create new products or services.

We may also use your email address, with your consent, to provide you with our promotional materials.

We may also request additional information from you for legal and tax purposes, for example proof of your residence, or additional information beyond what you provide on our forms for the quality performance of the contractual agreement.

Automatic collection of data by LeVista of the following:

  • Log data and device information. We automatically collect log data and device information whenever you access or use the Site. This information includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date and time stamp or clickstream data;
  • Tracking technologies and cookies. We use cookies, beacons, tags, scripts and other similar technologies, such as CI codes (click tracking), ISC (source tracking), and ITC (item tracking code). We also automatically collect information about operating system and phone model.
  • Usage information. We use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about your interaction with our Site, including information about the pages that you visit and the content that you view, your searches or your other actions on the Site. In consequence, Google Inc. plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit the Site; and
  • Geo-location data. We collect information about your approximate location as determined by your IP address data.

LeVista processes the information that you provide to us on the legal basis of:

  • Your consent expressed: by visiting the Site; by voluntarily submitting and filling in your personal or corporate details on our forms; by emailing us; by leaving a comment on the Site;
  • Conclusion and performance of contractual agreements and obligations between LeVista and the user; and
  • Pursuance of legitimate interests of LeVista as the owner of this Site.

4. How we use your information

We use, store, combine and process information regarding a user, including personal information, to:

  • provide the user with our products and services, including payment processing and placing an order;
  • email the user periodically for information and updates pertaining the user’s order;
  • request additional information from the user;
  • send the user promotional materials with the user’s consent;
  • create and improve our products and services;
  • run and manage our business;
  • create aggregated statistical data and carry out market research and analysis necessary to effectively run and manage our business;
  • receive your feedback;
  • comply with our legal obligations, including the transfer of data for accounting services or in connection with bank enquiries; and

We take appropriate and proper measures and efforts to use, collect, store, process and secure user data, including physical, electronic, procedural measures and the use of HTTPS secure access to our Site.

You are entitled to a number of rights in connection with the protection of your personal data, which are subject to the restrictions and conditions set forth in GDPR and applicable law. By using the Site, you have the right to:

We generally retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our products and services and to comply with applicable laws and our legal obligations, e.g. in connection with our legitimate business interests, for accounting or tax purposes. Otherwise, we will securely delete this information.

9. Amendment to Privacy Policy

LeVista reserves the right to update or amend Privacy Policy at any time. If we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We recommend that a user frequently check this page for changes or modifications to remain informed of the issues concerning the collection and use of user data.

If the changes are significant, we may consider providing a more explicit notice, including a notice of changes to Privacy Policy by email.

10. Your acceptance of Privacy Policy

We assume that a user has carefully read this document and agrees with its contents. If a user does not agree with Privacy Policy or any of its provision, the user shall refrain from using the Site, including purchases on the Site.

Privacy Policy is an integral part of LeVista’s Terms and Conditions of Sale and Design Services (Store Policy) and Agreement on General Terms and Conditions of Use of levista.art Website (General Terms).

We will request your consent prior to use of your information for purposes other than those set forth in Privacy Policy.
