Complete Checkout & Pay

Enter your “Billing Details” on the checkout page and make your payment. We’ll send an order confirmation to the email address you provided, so you can be sure we’ve received your order.


Design Process Starts

The design process begins on the next business day after your order or on the Start Date you’ve selected — depending on the product. Our team dives into the exciting process of reviewing your brand, analyzing the market, and crafting a creative, tailored design that will help you stand out from the competition.


Receive Design Files

Your receive your high-quality design files, clearly and understandably structured, via email, according to the timeline outlined in your order. You’ll have everything you need to implement your new brand identity.

Frequently asked questions

You can request edits after receiving your design. Minor adjustments—such as color changes—can be made at no extra cost. More significant changes, like altering curves or modifying key design elements, can be done for a fee, depending on the complexity of the request.

All revision requests must be made within 5 business days of receiving the design.

You can request additional design elements that are not included in the original product for a fee at any time—for example, a business card, thank you card, menu, letterhead, or other branded materials to complement your design.

Design is a creative process, and we approach it with full commitment, focusing on your brief and wishes. We develop concepts based on your niche, target audience, and the references you provide. However, since brand design is a unique product, its perception can be subjective.
If you feel the result does not fully meet your expectations, we are open to discussing your feedback.

Our goal is not just to create a logo but to craft a cohesive visual identity that works for your brand.

You will receive your design in a variety of industry-standard file formats, ensuring it is ready for use across both digital and print materials. Whether for your website, social media, business cards, packaging, merchandise, or large-scale printing, you will have the right files to match your needs.

We provide high-resolution files for print (PDF, AI), transparent background files for flexible use (PNG, SVG), files for social media and digital use (JPEG), and vector design files (AI, SVG) for professional printing and scaling. If your design includes a brand color scheme, you will also receive HEX, CMYK, and RGB color codes for consistent branding across all platforms.

With this full set of files, your design will be easy to apply anywhere you need it.

Once the design is delivered, you will own the property rights to the design. This means that you have full ownership and can use the design for personal or business purposes, including trademarking it or using it as part of a product for sale. The key points are outlined in the Terms of Service section, and for more details, please refer to our Store Policy.

The design will be exclusive to you. We will not sell or license the design to anyone else, ensuring that it is unique to your brand.

Please note that we do not conduct any type of intellectual property clearance search. This means that we do not check if the design or elements of it, like a name or logo, are already registered as trademarks. While the design we create for you is original, it is your responsibility to ensure that any specific names, slogans, or other elements you provide do not conflict with existing trademarks.

We also retain the right to showcase the design for self-promotional purposes, including displaying it in our portfolios and on platforms like Behance, Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok.

You will receive your design in a range of file formats to suit different uses:

  • Vector formats (AI, SVG, PDF) for easy resizing, colour customization and scalability without losing quality.
  • Raster formats (JPEG, PNG) for web and other digital uses.
  • Color variations of the design (e.g., black & white, full-color, and transparent backgrounds).
  • Social media profile images in relevant formats (JPEG, PNG).

You will have both the original design files (in vector formats) and the design itself in vector graphics, which you can edit at any time—for example, in Adobe Illustrator. You can also request modifications from any designer or a service you use for your business, such as a company producing your signboard or packaging. Our files make it easy to adjust the design to different sizes without losing quality, incorporate it into new printed materials, or adapt it for various branding needs—like packaging, merchandise, and marketing assets—so you don’t need to rely on us for modifications.

When you order a custom design, you will receive several delivery components that are carefully crafted to meet the needs of your specific product. Whether you choose a monogram logo or a full brand identity package, each component is designed to help you effectively apply your new design across various platforms.

For the Monogram logo product, the components will provide you with a clean, professional design that can be easily used in various formats and sizes, perfect for personalizing your materials. It ensures you have the flexibility to integrate your logo into different contexts, whether it is for social media, business cards, websites, or packaging.

For the Brand identity products, you will receive a cohesive set of design elements that work together to represent your brand’s personality and values. This includes different versions of your logo (vertical and horizontal), color palettes, typography, and other assets to ensure a consistent and professional visual identity across all media, from social media profiles to marketing materials. The vertical and horizontal versions allow your logo to fit different spaces and layouts (big or small, rectangular or round objects), without disrupting your brand’s visual consistency.

The Mini style guide is an important addition, outlining how to use your design elements in a consistent way across different platforms. It includes key guidelines for color usage, typography, logo placement. Not everyone will need a style guide, especially if you are confident in your design choices, but it is a helpful tool for maintaining visual consistency, especially as your brand grows or if you are working with others on your design.

These components are essential for ensuring your brand remains flexible, professional, and consistent across all touchpoints. Having the right files and guidelines gives you the freedom to adjust the design to new formats, materials, or uses as your business evolves.

To place an order, simply follow these steps:

    Each product has different options to select, such as the number of logo concepts or the start date for your order.
  2. Fill in the Brief on the product page.
    Provide the necessary information about your preferences and needs for the design. This helps us create a design tailored to you.
  3. Add to Cart and Checkout.
    Once you've made your selections, add the product to your cart, fill in your billing details, and choose your payment method.

You can pay securely by card (payments processed by Stripe) or PayPal in USD or EUR, whether you’re ordering as an individual or a company.

We will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided, and you will receive your order within the specified timeframe listed on the product page.
