Here we explain the terms of use in simple words. For more information about the terms of sale and use of this and other Products, please refer to the Store Policy.
You purchase this Template in accordance with the Agreement on Terms and Conditions of Sale and Design Services (Store Policy). Once you have purchased this Product, you and we become parties to this Agreement: you as the Client, we as the Designer.
The Designer grants the Client a one-seat, single-entity licence for the Product. The licence is non-exclusive, perpetual and worldwide. Under the licence, the Designer grants the rights to use the Product as follows:
Permitted use:
Unlimited personal or business use for the Client’s requirements. Unlimited use by a service provider or event organizer for the requirements of one customer of that service provider or event organizer; a service provider or event organizer must purchase the Product for each customer.
The Client may use the Product on any physical item or product except for physical items or products intended for sale or commercial distribution.
The Client may use the Product online and make an unlimited number of printed copies that are not intended for sale or commercial distribution.
The Client may adapt or modify the Product to suit the Client’s requirements; a service provider or event organizer may adapt or modify the Product to suit the requirements of the customer of the service provider or event organizer.
Prohibited use and restrictions*
The Client must not:
- trademark the Product
- use the Product as part of a product intended for sale or commercial distribution
- resell, sublicense, rent or commercially distribute the Product
- make the Product available or transfer it for use by third parties, except for use by a customer of a service provider or event organizer. A service provider or event organizer must not make the Product purchased once available for use by more than one customer.

You must not use the Product in any manner without purchasing it.
You must always purchase this Product before using it, its design in whole or in part, whether digitally or on physical items, including hand-painted renditions of the Product on any object.
Reproduction of any Product, its design in whole or in part, in any manner without purchasing the Product, or unauthorized use is an act of copyright infringement, which may result in legal action against you.
- Output colours may vary due to different monitor calibrations. Print colours may differ from the colours on your screen. Consult your print shop about their look on printed materials.
