We stand behind our products and your satisfaction is important to us. Given that our products are digital and delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.

However, we will issue you a refund at your request:

• If you change your mind about your purchase of a Product with instant delivery upon purchase and you have not downloaded that Product. Any such request must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• If you change your mind about your purchase of a Product that we make to your order or customize to meet your needs, and we have not delivered that Product to you. Any such request must be made within 3 days of purchase.

We handle other refund requests on a case-by-case basis and grant them at our sole discretion.
